If during the repair of your Game System we find that a part needs to replaced we will begin a search for that particular device and if we find it, we will contact you again and provide you a quote to see if you are interested in proceeding with the order with the added replacement part.
If so, you are responsible to pay the replacement part as well as the delivery charges. If not, we then return the inoperable system back to you at no charge.
THAT’S RIGHT! If we cannot fix your system we will return your system back to you in the same state that we have received it, at no charge. (Meaning no missing screws, no additional problems!)
Also, as part of our dedicated customer service, we currently will provide free pick up for your Game System & free delivery drop back to your same location after the job is done. You never have to lift a finger… its that simple!
